Insomnia is the inability to fall asleep or remain asleep or wakening frequently.

Once awake, the tendency is to try to force yourself to go back to sleep but all you are doing is creating anxiety, wakening yourself even more, and then you watch the minutes turning into hours and your getting up time coming ever closer.

Sleep is natural, babies, animals and plants do it, insomnia is the difficult part. Sleeping pills can help but they don’t deal with the cause of your insomnia and you can become dependent on them, so are they really the answer?
